In the same building as Pension Marie, you can also find a stylish café with an Italian restaurant. Since 2004, we have been making delicious coffee „Piazza d´Oro“ for you, and we also offer excellent Italian cuisine. Even native Italians would definitely appreciate our pasta and salads. But not only these; you can enjoy also less traditional meals like sweet and salty pancakes or various sweets to coffee. Read more in our menu.
If you have a sweet tooth, our home-made cakes made just for you will simply dazzle you. They are always fresh, made right in the café, which means there is also a chance of making cakes and goodies to order.

And what exactly is Latte Art?
Originating in Italy, it has spread worldwide. It is a special way of preparing cappuccino (or any drink made of espresso and milk cream) and it is simply creating patterns on the surface.
There are two techniques how to make Latte Art. The first one is creating the picture by pouring milk into espresso. This technique is quite intricate and only a few Czech barmen can use it. There is even World Championship in this Latte Art technique.
The second method is painting the picture with toppings or cocoa on white cappuccino cream. Stencils, patterns, toothpicks or other tools can also be used, depending on the creator´s fantasy.
